PrimaryPlus made its first expansion (out of Vanceburg, KY) in 2002 with the opening of its Tollesboro, KY facility which is 18 miles between Vanceburg and Maysville. Although, the facility is one of the smallest sites within the non-profit organization—this site operates with open arms and big hearts giving that “like-family” experience.  PrimaryPlus-Tollesboro is filled with healthcare providers’ that believes in empowering its patients.  The Tollesboro facility was the first of PrimaryPlus to operate the 340B pharmacy program.  With its hometown touch and its friendly, familiar faces, PrimaryPlus-Tollesboro stands strong on PrimaryPlus quality, advanced, affordable healthcare mission.
