For Immediate Release Contact: PrimaryPlus Welcomes Denise Gore, ARNP to (October 28, 2009) PrimaryPlus opened its Bracken County doors in June of 2009 and since its opening has been welcomed with open arms by the community. The Federally Qualified Health Center, which is located on 1551 Augusta-Chatham Rd. in Augusta, KY is happy to announce the newest addition to its medical family...Denise Gore, ARNP. She will be practicing with Steve Neus, MD; Harold Markesbery, MD; and Nancy Guttman, MD. Denise has served as a nurse practitioner for over 14 years and is a proud graduate of the University of Kentucky. She has served on the teaching staff of Morehead State University’s nursing program and has worked as a registered nurse prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. Denise is no stranger to Augusta and Brooksville; she worked for several years in the area before moving to North Carolina to practice. PrimaryPlus is proud to have her back and close to home to share her knowledge, her compassion and her love for medicine with the Bracken County citizens. “When we opened the Bracken County site over four months ago, we knew it would be busy and that we would need more medical providers to fill the void of healthcare in the area. We have searched for the perfect option for Bracken County and feel we have found that in Denise Gore, ARNP,” states Jerry Ugrin, CEO. “She will be an asset to our medical family and to the community.” PrimaryPlus is part of the Lewis County Primary Care Center network which has locations in Vanceburg, Tollesboro, Flemingsburg, Maysville and of course, Bracken County.
