KENTUCKY – PHYSICIAN: Lewis County Primary Care Center d.b.a. PrimayPlus currently has opportunities available for the following specialties: Ob/Gyn; Family Practice: Internal Medicine; and Med/Peds. These opportunities are located in Lewis County, Mason County, Fleming County, or Bracken County, Kentucky. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and are HPSA qualified with loan repayment funds available for all specialties. Excellent salaries and full benefit packages are included.
